Rude Teddy Facts

Our teddy bears are inspected under the new stricter US toy safety laws enacted by the US Consumer Protection Safety Commission. The new laws under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) mandate strict limits for lead and phthalates which are potentially harmful, particularly to children.  We love our bear but we love our children more.  From the start we were going to find the top suppliers in the world to create our bears for us and we did just that.  Super premium, super high quality is what you get.

Additionally, we designed the bears with stitched eyes and noses so there are no small parts that can be removed by a toddler and eventually swallowed.

Custom Graphics Teddy Bears:

Once you purchase one of our custom teddy bears, you must PROMPTLY send us the graphic image or photo that you want us to use on your bear.  We have all sorts of in-house graphics capabilities so odds are if you can see it on a computer we can put it on a bear.  The better the graphic you send us the more crisp the image will be on your bear.

If you need help deciding what to put on your bear, contact us and we'll help you out.  Think of us as an online tattoo shop except instead of tattooing your arm, you are laying ink on a cute little teddy bear.  Please keep in mind that your graphic is going to be placed on a teddy bear and the actually finished graphic will only take up a space of about 3" wide x about 3.25" tall.  We don't have a lot of space to work with so its best to keep it simple and to the point - a simple graphic or a phrase tends to work best.

Turn Around Times:

Since a few of the services we offer require custom graphics work, we need at least a few hours to get your bear ready for shipping.  If you purchase a plain bear with no graphic on the shirt, it will be shipped the next business day.  If you want us to add a custom graphic, we need 1 extra business day at most.  If you purchase our cartoon a photo service, we require a 2-3 day turnaround time.
